Conservation time:

Contact details for consultations shall be kept only for the time necessary to manage and respond to the consultation, and, where appropriate, for the legally established time limits.
Subscription data to the newsletter shall be kept as long as the user maintains his or her consent and does not request a discharge. When a user dismisses, his or her e-mail address is deactivated for communications and can be kept blocked for the time limits necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations or for the attention of possible complaints.
